The kernel org git will probably become upstream git, not yet sure with
pages and issues yet.
Many projects are using github for (main-)page, issue tracker,--this is not
really satisfactory when one cannot attach extra document and patches...
but yet the easy fork-and-pull alleviate this a little, yet security projects could
be flooded with that,--and wiki. (No idea on the wiki because I don't remember

seeing a particularly good one.) Although many projects have quite a good and
simple page(s) on github. This seems to be a good choice to get a little help
from the community to contribute for at least the main page/wiki.
All in all, the main page seems to be the only thing that would profit from this
and maybe a little wiki would fit in.
