I test 1.64 cryptsetup  + lvm2 (02.107) and it also fails but on
different place (don't have log by hand now).
I did test also with kernel 3.15 and cryptsetup 1.64 and it works fine.

We have mainline 3.9 kernel on top some patches but not touching
anything in dm area.
