Simply include all required stuff (binaries libraries, etc) in the
initramfs image.

The (actually booting) kernel and initramfs image need to be unencrypted
anyways.

E.g. Debian brings you nice tools to include something in initramfs
images + its (library)dependencies (copy_exec).
