no, iteration time seems not to be related to keysize, i.e.:

luksOpen_128b:  421102
luksOpen_512b:  420396
luksOpen_1k:    421544
luksOpen_16k:   421012
luksOpen_64k:   421619

luksOpen_512k:  420766
luksOpen_1m:    421343
