actually, I dont need/desire backward compatibility, I imagine that all (or at
least a big subset of) tools on the internet use now a kernel newer than .24.
I mean tools useful to recover a damaged system. I would invest more on speed
(as I said in a previous post, I need crypto just to avoid random poking in my
data if my laptop is stolen/forgotten)

xts needs parameters size 512 for the same security level than aes 256 or is it
just a typo?
