you might wait until cryptsetup 1.0.5 packages exist for debian and/or
ubuntu.

we already have cryptsetup 1.0.5 packages in the debian svn repository
at http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-cryptsetup/trunk/, but they're not
built and uploaded to debian yet.
