Hello... I am running into a problem with the following configuration: -luks -lvm2 -xfs -hardware raid6 [multi-terrabyte] -partition sizes range from 128mb-600gb I have successfully setup luks partitions w/ xfs and ext3; I have failed to setup luks partitions with xfs on partitions larger than 2-3gb. When I try to do this my opteron experiences significant io wait; and then I receive "mkfs.xfs: libxfs_device_zero write failed: Input/output error" The reason that I am posting this issue on saout.de is due to the fact that I do not receive this error when mkfs.xfs on non-luks formatted partitions above 2-3gb; suggesting that it's a luks-xfs problem....
