Hi Matt,

Coming together nicely. You forgot to drop the Docs for the (now) non
existent trigger). Also I missed before that we had a hardware buffer
with a timestamp. The timestamp in these cases is nearly always garbage
and definitely is here. Just drop the timestamp channel and use the non
timestamp push to buffer call.

Hopefully just one more version!

Drop this, no longer exists.

I talk about this further down, but with a hardware buffer like
you have here, the timestamp rapidly becomes meaningless.
I would drop it entirely (it certainly isn't a requirement of IIO
to have one!)

You have effectively very little idea of the true timestamp. I'd not
put one in at all. So drop the timestamp from the channels and use
the non timestamp push here.

You could in theory use a top half handler to get the timestamp
as near to the interrupt occuring as possible, but doesn't really matter.

Valid IRQs now need to be greater than 0 (0 used to be a valid
irq on some arches - now it is used to indicate one has been deliberately
unspecified, which is an error here).
