"SPI device" lets me think "SPI slave device", not "SPI master
controller", so maybe call it "MTK SPI Controller"?

AFAIK device-specific non-generic properties should be
vendor-prefixed, i.e. it should be "mediatek,pad-select", not just
"pad-select".
