[PATCH v2 5/6] ARM: brcmstb: Select ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB

Select ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB from BRCMSTB to allow GPIOLIB and
GPIO_BRCMSTB to be enabled.
