The 'acpi_disabled' variable doesn't exist for !CONFIG_ACPI, so its use
prior to the ifdeffery looks misplaced.

Usual codestyle is to avoid ifdeffery if possible, using IS_ENABLED().
Otherwise, use a stub, e.g.
