From: Claudiu Beznea <claudiu.beznea.uj@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> The Renesas RZ/G3S SoC features a Thermal Sensor Unit (TSU) that reports the junction temperature. The temperature is reported through a dedicated ADC channel. Add a driver for the Renesas RZ/G3S TSU.
