0x1 indicate the status as active, I will improve the comments for
structure defination as below to give more details.
@status: Queue status, bits (7:0), 0x1 - active, 0x0 - inactive

But do we really need to make this macro? there are many such values in the
same API, I think the details about these variables can be known from the
comments mentioned for this structure in the header file.
