[PATCH v2 2/2] arm64: dts: imx8mp: Add Boundary Device Nitrogen8MP Universal SMARC Carrier Board

Adds the DTSI file for the Nitrogen8MP SMARC System on Module which
is delivered with the Nitrogen8MP Universal SMARC Carrier Board.

Initial support includes:
- Serial console
- eMMC
- SD card
