In Linux, the CPG is the power domain provider for all the IPs in RZ/G3S SoC (modeled though MSTOP CPG support). This is how it is currently implemented. Then groups of IPs are part of power domains PD_ISOVCC, PD_VCC, PD_VBATT. These power domains are i2c controlled with the help of firmware (at least at the moment).
