[PATCH v2 5/5] ARM: dts: aspeed: mtmitchell: Add LEDs

Add LED nodes as the gpio-leds devices. They are led-bmc-ready,
led-sw-heartbeat, led-identify, led-fault, led-fan-fault, led-psu-fault
