In my opinion, I would suggest dropping the
"Documentation/devicetree/bindings/power/avs/" directory. We already
have similar bindings sprinkled across various directories, see below.
One less seems better to me.

Documentation/devicetree/bindings/firmware/*
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/power/*
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/soc/*
