+Required properties:
+- compatible : must be "mediatek,mediatek,mt8173-smi-larb"
+- reg : the register of each local arbiter
+- clocks : the clocks of each local arbiter
+- clock-name: larb_sub*(3 clockes at most)
+
+Example:
