[PATCH v3 2/9] cpufreq: qcom-nvmem: Add genpd names to match_data_kryo

This is used for tying up the cpu@N nodes with the power domains.
Without this, 'cat /sys/kernel/debug/qcom_cpr3/thread0'
crashes with NULL pointer access.
