From: Peng Fan <peng.fan@xxxxxxx> Each platform might have its own maximum mailbox receive channel timeout value, so get property max-rx-timeout-ms from device tree and use it. If the property does not exist, use mailbox 'scmi_desc' fixed value 30ms as before.
