Airoha SoC is not covered by any maintainer entry so relevant patches can be missed. It seems Mediatek SoC maintainers were covering some parts of Airoha and Airoha itself is subsidiary of Mediatek, so assign the Airoha maintenance to Matthias and AngeloGioacchino.
