Since most of the cases FIFO depth tx=rx, we could go with three
properties and:

allOf:
 - not:
     required:
       - fifo-depth
       - tx-fifo-depth
 - not:
     required:
       - fifo-depth
       - rx-fifo-depth

and probably dependencies between rx and tx (see example-schema).
