SoC maintainers are expected to be Cc'ed, even if they do not become
final maintainers. Get_maintainers, which should have been used there,
points it.

New platform should come with a new maintainer or should attach itself
to some existing platform. In both cases maintainers file will point to
platform maintainers...

Right. Lack of replies is the result of not Ccing anyone who would care.
get_maintainers.pl is the answer here.
