Hi,
Add Per DMA Channel interrupt feature for DWXGMAC IP.
 
Patchset (link below) contains per DMA channel interrupt, But it was 
achieved.

Some of the changes in this patchset are based on reviewer comment on 
patchset mentioned beforehand.
