[PATCH v5 1/5] dt-bindings: interrupt-controller: loongson,liointc: Standardize the naming of 'loongson,parent-int-map'

Since the 'loongson,parent_int_map' attribute naming is non-standard, we
should use 'loongson,parent-int-map' instead.
