Hi Luca,

Is your board design similar like Francesco's as below?

"VDD_USB_CAP in our design is connected to a 3.0V external LDO,
 voltage on both VBUS pads is 0V"

I am going to fix this by update the PHY power supply check to cover
Francesco's case(PHY is powered by VDD_USB_CAP).
