[PATCH 3/4] arm64: dts: qcom: sm8250-xiaomi-elish-boe: Add Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro BOE variant

Add support for the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro BOE variant. The BOE variant
uses BOE Technology panel.
