[PATCH 4/5] dt-bindings: pinctrl: qcom,sc8280xp-lpass-lpi: correct gpio-ranges

The SC8280XP LPASS pin controller has GPIOs 0-18, so correct the number
of GPIOs in gpio-ranges.
