[PATCH 3/3] ARM: dts: stm32: add timers support on stm32mp135f-dk

Configure timers support on stm32mp135f-dk.
The timers TIM3, TIM4, TIM8 & TIM14 which can be used on
expansion GPIO connector are disabled by default.
