[RFC PATCH 3/6] arm64: dts: ti: k3-am64-main: add SA2UL public key accelerator subdevice

The PKA on am64 will eventually be accessible from the A53, so add it as
a (disabled) subdevice alongside the RNG module.

This patch depends on "[PATCH v2 0/2] Enable SA2UL support on AM64X" [1]
