Hi Heikki:
Some usb data cables are connected to the PC, do not report SINK events,
only report DEBUG CABLE, usb needs to be a device to handled this situation
as SINK connection. which is a workaround for the spec designed the detected
the hardware identification status. the function of debug Accessory
is not supported.

Our platform PMIC connects to different devices to report different events.
It requires extcon to notify different hardware connection statuses to modules
such as pd/audio/usb/phy. The module is then processed accordingly。
So just the usb_role_switch_get and usb_role_switch_set are not enough,
they can only be used when Usb data role swap is performed later.
