Related to this, before you resend, there is still one thing that I
think needs clarification below...

In this case the operation just failed, right? If so, then you should
not claim that the operation is not supported. You need to return some
other, more appropriate error code in that case.

And, in case drswap_support or pd_capable flag is not set, then you
actually should return -EOPNOTSUPP, right?
