[PATCH 6/6] arm64: dts: renesas: rzg2l-smarc-som: Add vdd core regulator

Add vdd core regulator (1.1 V).

This patch add regulator support for gpu.

On the H/W manual nothing mentioned about gpu
regulator. So using vdd core regulator for gpu.
