Then if subsequent bisections get run, the bot could reply to say "still failing" with new kernel revisions until it's fixed and then reply to confirm it is. I believe earlycon is not set because it requires specific options on different platforms, so there's some configuration overhead involved here. But it's a very good point that has been raised in the past, I guess someone needs to take the time to look into enabling it properly. It shouldn't be that hard.
