It shouldn't be needed, as Documentation/sphinx/automarkup.py has a rule
which converts Documentation/* into a cross reference using this
regex:

	RE_doc = re.compile(r'(\bDocumentation/)?((\.\./)*[\w\-/]+)\.(rst|txt)')
