Software cannot change its group. There is very low possibility that multiple groups has violation at the same time, so it would not spend much time to handle it. It also cannot shift multiple groups at the same time since there is only one vio_info(rw, vio_addr, master_id, ...) exist at a time. devapc_extract_vio_dbg() function is doing this step.
