[PATCH 13/13] arm: dts: s5pv210: aries: Set MAX8998 GPIO pulls

Make sure that the GPIOs are configured correctly
for the interrupt (otherwise it won't fire) and disable the
pulls on the DVS GPIOs which are outputs.
