Trivial missing static... I've fixed up.

Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git and pushed out as testing.

This may be interesting as I think it's the first time we've actually
exposed the dma buffer stuff to proper build testing on all the
weird architectures 0-day etc will hit it with.
