Why MIT instead of BSD-2-Clause? And do you have rights to add that?
Any text you copied over from the .txt file was only GPL2. Relicensing
would be nice if you can get permission from the authors.

Wouldn't 200000 mC be a reasonable max? And -273000 mC min.
