I have the patches. I'll just see I have not accidentally dropped out
any other people and do resend the series. Shouldn't take long.

I haven't received ack from Pavel for LED changes (patches 11 and 12) -
so perhaps those should still be left out. I guess rest of the patches
are Ok to go in - unless you still have some suggestions. LED part can
be added later.
