Thanks for reporting it. Can I ask you to bisect to find where it first occurred? As the first step of the bisect, I would recommend checking whether the problem exists in version 5.4. As a further bound on the bisect range, the furthest back the "OF: ERROR:" message could exist is version 5.0, because that is when I added the message. If you can't bisect, I will try to reproduce the error.
