This needs devm_add_action_or_reset() because otherwise the notifier would
not be removed, and the interrupt group would not be disabled.

This should not return an error. Accepting that the notifier can not be
registered and that the irq group can not be enabled but bailing out if
devm_add_action() fails is inconsistent.
