[PATCH 1/2][resend] OF: add of_graph_get_port()

We have of_graph_get_port_parent(), of_graph_get_port_by_id(),
but don't have of_graph_get_port().
Thus we are using of_get_parent() to getting port from endpoint,
but it is not understandable. Let's add of_graph_get_port().
