[PATCH v2 06/15] mtd: maps: physmap: Remove the MAX_RESOURCES limitation

Remove the MAX_RESOURCES limitation by dynamically allocating the
->mtds[] and ->maps[] at probe time based on the number of iomem
resources attached to the platform device.
