Hi Rob

CONFIG_NIOS2_DTB_SOURCE has the relative path to dts file,
arch/nios2/boot/dts/arch/nios2/boot/dts/10m50_devboard.dts

Change CONFIG_NIOS2_DTB_SOURCE=10m50_devboard.dtb.S fix the dtb build
issue.
