Ignore this and v3 for now. It seems the "only one node" approach for the gpio in the device tree is not working properly. I thought it was but Neil points out here it was not: http://driverdev.linuxdriverproject.org/pipermail/driverdev-devel/2018-June/122621.html We'll send v4 with all properly working.
