Accordingly I have removed the include of that header and replaced the use of symbols it defines with numeric constants. The result is below. Please: 1) Check that this is correct and 2) Post a follow-up patch to include r9a06g032-sysctrl.h and use its symbols once the renesas tree includes that file. This is likely to occur shortly after v4.19-rc1 is released.
