The license is the same as is in at91_udc.c driver.
From my understanding if this driver is based on that one we
have to follow license from it.
And this is problem in general with all licenses in the kernel
which use this fragment.
I don't think we can change it to be just GPLv2.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

BTW: u-boot started to use SPDX-License-Identifier
which will be nice to start to use.
