V5 patch https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/857318/ cherry-pick is failing, because of missing change "7153884c088a ("PCI: Remove PCI_REASSIGN_ALL_RSRC use on arm and arm64")" in lpieralisi/pci/tegra branch.
