I don't know if China is somehow affected by the xmas season, but from what I see, right now you only included Elaine (zhangqing@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) but for example not the relevant list (linux-rockchip@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). But we also have some other points to clarify in the other subthread started by Philippe, so it might be best to get the points he made sorted before as well.
